Roofing contractor in Knightdale

I would give more than five stars if I could. We worked with John to get our roof replaced after storm damage, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. John was committed, professional, thorough, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. From the beginning, he made sure we clearly understood what to expect. John completely handled the insurance process for us and made everything so much easier. He and his team did an amazing job on our roof, and we are very happy with the results. They are reliable, professional, and I highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

I have to admit, there are many things in life that give me anxiety: buying a car, getting a car serviced, buying a house, and of course, having work done on a house. (That's just the short list.) Replacing our roof had been sitting firmly in the "we'll deal with that later" category for several years. Cost was certainly a factor, but so was the daunting process of gathering quotes, researching companies, and making a decision without second-guessing ourselves a hundred times. Eventually, the roof wasn't getting any younger, so we had to take the plunge. Fortunately, Roof Puppy checked every box for us. John and Morgan were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. From our first contact through the inspection, quote meeting, material delivery, and the actual installation, communication was excellent. They explained what to expect every step of the way, which did wonders for keeping my anxiety from running wild. Their quote was fair and affordable, the materials were high quality, and the roofing crew was fast, efficient, and hardworking. What could have been a stressful experience turned out to be surprisingly smooth and painless. We are extremely happy with the results and fully intend to use Roof Puppy again for future projects. As someone who would happily postpone home improvement projects indefinitely if given the chance, that's probably the highest recommendation I can give.

Roof Puppy did an awesome job fixing my vinyl siding which was damaged by fire. John went couple of times, provided estimates and completed the job in 2 days. Easy to work and reliable.

If you’re looking for someone to help with your vinyl siding, I highly recommend ROOF PUPPY. He was very quick to respond when I messaged him about an area on my house my dog had destroyed. They did a fantastic job in a short period of time. An overall great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, and paid great attention to detail, and I really appreciated the way he kept In communication throughout the process. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend them!”

We are very grateful to have found Roof Puppy to complete a small scale project to replace some damaged siding around our house. John and his team were professional, prompt and the pricing was very reasonable. We especially want to highlight the craftsmanship of the end result. We would highly recommend reaching to Roof Puppy for any siding needs.
